HelloFresh Sign-Up for 9/25/24

 Important Information:

  • This registration form and all the required information must be completed by Thursday, 9/19/24.
  • Pick-up is on Wednesday, 9/25/24 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (deliveries may be delayed or cancelled).

  • A reminder email will be sent two days before. No additional notifications will be provided.

  • Each meal feeds two so based on your family size please take that into account when you are determining how many kits you will need.

  • As a reminder, due to supply issues, vegetarian and chicken meals will be evenly distributed to the amount you request.

  • This is a FREE opportunity available to military and veteran families who are registered with Blue Star Families.

 Please Note: If you cannot make it on time or pick up, please send a text to 904-309-1817. Unclaimed meals will be redistributed.
