Teddy Bear Yoga

Children in Grades K-2 are invited to a yoga and stretching class. We'll get active with some dancing and games before a mindful cooldown. Participants will learn breathing techniques to bring them to a calm and soothing state. Bring your favorite teddy or stuffed animal to practice the yoga poses with!
