Important Information:
- This registration form and all the required information must be completed by Thursday, 9/19/24.

Pick-up is on Wednesday, 9/25/24 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (deliveries may be delayed or cancelled).

A reminder email will be sent two days before. No additional notifications will be provided.

Each meal feeds two so based on your family size please take that into account when you are determining how many kits you will need.

As a reminder, due to supply issues, vegetarian and chicken meals will be evenly distributed to the amount you request.

This is a FREE opportunity available to military and veteran families who are registered with Blue Star Families.
Please Note: If you cannot make it on time or pick up, please send a text to 904-309-1817. Unclaimed meals will be redistributed.
